Frequently Asked Questions

Admission

The festival reserves the right to refuse admission or eject anyone causing damage, injury or nuisance to the festival team.
 
Similarly, failure to follow the reasonable requests of the team will also result in ejection from the festival.
 
Admission is only permitted with a valid ticket. Children aged 16 and under will not be admitted unless accompanied by an adult.
 
All children remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times, who must also hold a valid ticket.

Refunds

All tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable.

We will not accept defaced or damaged tickets/wristbands, likewise we will not replace lost festival tickets.

We cannot offer refunds on the basis of inclement weather.

Not permitted

Dogs (except guide dogs).

Bikes (motorized or pedal).

Kites – this is due to power lines present on the site.

Glass – i.e. bottles or glasses.

Cooking on the ground. Any BBQs or other cooking appliances must be off the ground so they don’t pose any fire risk.

Smoking within the marquees. If smoking outside, please dispose of your rubbish in the bins provided.

Bicycles, push scooters, knives, fireworks, smoke canisters, air-horns, cans, poles or other items that could cause harm to other festival goers, staff or traders.

Recycling stations will be available, please use these to help us be as environmentally friendly as possible.

Safety & security

CCTV is in use on the site.
 
Bag checks will be operating at all entrances.
 
No open fires allowed.
 
You may only use BBQs and other cooking equipment on a fire board, which you can hire upon arrival for £5.
 
A licensed bar is available. Bar staff will only serve alcohol to those aged 18+, and we also operate a challenge 25 policy.
 
The festival has a zero tolerance policy on drugs.
 
Drugs are strictly prohibited from the festival. If we find anyone possessing drugs, we will ask them to leave the site & we may call the police.
